I have been using their cards for five years now. There are no complaints about the separation. Of course, problems arose during this time, but they were solved quickly.

Came 12/21 - sat in line. They waited. The system hung, could not print the documents for a card. Today, 12/23, Saturday. Only two employees work. Live queue !!! Is it in our time? The time to receive a simple card lasted 3 days. There are people who are told from the floundering bay new loan conditions ... could not warn in advance?

I really didn’t like the attitude of the staff !!! Indifference and slowness! You have to wait a long time for your turn! Currency exchange rates are not presented in the bank, and besides, this institution does not provide currency exchange services at all! Bank clients can exchange currency only through an ATM, and the bank will also retain interest from them% !!!
