I had a chance to visit Alfa-Bank branches in different cities of Russia, and the service was decent everywhere. At the entrance to the department, you will always be met by a consultant who will either coordinate you on your question, or help with an electronic queue or terminal operations (since it is difficult for a certain category of people). This bank has some of the best conditions for legal entities. Really like their online banking. The possibility of connecting the account in one of 3 currencies to the card through the Internet bank itself, changing to the one that is necessary at the moment, in my opinion, only they have them. In this branch there are ATMs that accept and issue: rubles, dollars and euros.

In the 21st century is impossible to reach. Regional phone 8 800 .... Virtual Assistant does not work!

I really liked this department. Friendly staff who explain everything competently, and most importantly understand (!). There are no queues, employees work very quickly.
