They made an injection pump on a ZIL 4331 MTZ engine. Fast, but very bad. The flow immediately increased and the smoke began, that empty that loaded. We called them that this was the problem, but they didn’t answer that they need to kill a lot of fuel. One does not fit in your head, but how did you do it.
