Absolutely irresponsible sharashkina office !!! I had to apply because of a hopeless situation - Rostelecom refused to connect fiber optic cable, City Telecom “bent” the space price. From that moment, my problems began. The cable was run after two weeks of waiting and after the Internet did not work. They said that you need to pay for the contract and a month in advance, I did so, but the Internet did not appear on the same day or the next ... After probably the hundredth call to their tech support, they finally sent a person who, after spending more than half an hour at the computer, was unable to configure the equipment. Having said that this is a probable marriage, he hastened to leave without saying when my problem would be solved! A week and a half has already passed since the cable was carried out, but so far the equipment is not working properly and there is no Internet !!! My trip to their office also did not bring results. As a consolation, they only promised to recount my payment for the lost days next month. Further more! The cable that they started in a hurry from the post sagged or came off so much that passers-by would soon hit it with their heads !!! A call to tech support, as you understand, does not solve anything. Everything is like in a bad joke: "- They told you to come tomorrow, and you all come today!" If no further measures are taken, I will sue and resolve the issue legally. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! BY CONNECTING WITH ELECTRON, YOU GET YOURSELF A HEAD PAIN! BETTER TO REPLACE AND USE BY OTHER PROVIDERS !!!
