The master (or the administrator, I do not know for sure, since they did not introduce themselves to me) confirmed my entry on 07.09 at 19:00. I left with peace of mind. Today - on the day of the appointment - I came 10 minutes earlier than the appointed time. The office was closed. I knew that the masters go to the evening shifts from below (from the SPA by the sea). As a result, time passes, but no one comes up. At 19:04 I wrote to WhatsApp to the number indicated on the site, they did not answer me; I waited another 10 minutes, just in case, and just left. My message has not yet been answered (07.09 20:00). "thank you" for a wonderful evening to the team of this spa. P. S. I attach the screen. Initially I needed a massage on 09/06, but I was told that all the masters are busy. They called back and set the day and time by ourselves.

Greetings! She did the removal + manicure + coating in the center at the resort of Rosa Khutor .. I don’t understand why to sell these services for 2000 rubles !!! if the work is performed by an unskilled master who has done the most low-quality coated manicure that can be. Unsuitable place in the corner of the whole center, lack of service, rude master, damaged nails. I'm in shock! I do not advise anyone to do these procedures in this place. Of all the spas in the Rosa Khutor resort, they chose this one and did not regret it a bit. A pleasant ratio of price-quality procedures. The staff is very polite. In the month of December 2019, I had several days of an unplanned vacation on Rosa Khutor. I finally decided to devote my free time to my beloved in the SPA salon Natur Aesthetics: I was offered several treatments under the Light Legs and Facial Program based on Phyt's cosmetics. To say that it’s healthy is to say nothing. Cosmetologist Elena is super professional! I still remember her warm soft fingers, which transformed my face with the help of this wonderful makeup, without any injections and peels, only a competent massage and masks. Feet is a separate issue. After five massages and wraps with Phyt's lotions, my legs felt as easy as if there were no age-related changes in them. Masseur Arseny is beyond praise. Thanks to everyone who works in this salon for a pleasant atmosphere, professionalism. I will be in Sochi only for you to recover !!

I am a regular visitor of the spa. All very pleasant. Cozy atmosphere, great service, great master. During the procedure, you can relax and have a rest !!!
