Hello, I would like to contact the owners of this beauty salon. I want to inform you that as an owner, you are losing your income. I would like to advise you to change the administrator, since it was not possible to get through. I called for two days, on the first day - I didn't even understand where I got to and with whom I was talking. The master hairdresser answered me, and naturally he could not advise on the services that interested me. I advised only one thing - to call tomorrow, as the administrator will be "tomorrow". I called the next day, as it was recommended to me. A whole hour from 10-30 (the salon was already open), I called 7 times, I did not hear an answer, although it was already out of curiosity that it was interesting - "Will they answer me or not?" I want to remind you that the administrator of a beauty salon is the face of your business, and if I were you, I would not keep non-labeled workers. Hope my feedback solves the problem.
