Sauna ordered in advance. We arrived at room 1. The sauna is cold, warmed up after 1.5 hours. The call button did not work. Later, the staff explained: it’s your whim, if you need to, you could go out and go on your own. (Straight in the sheets!) There are no gowns, rubber slippers, reusable “hello fungus!” The hair dryer is out, stayed in a cold sauna, it's time for frost to meningitis! The sauna staff, after listening to the claims, reacted sweetly and maliciously, just rudely. No need to go there and take a walk!
