There are, of course, masters with hands and talent, but there are specific freaks who also serve customers. A haircut for 199 rubles does not bring joy after you see yourself in the mirror. Most of the clients will be one-time or go to 2-3 specific masters, because the rest of the rukozhopy, bogies, habalki and other evil spirits that have no right to be present there!

A relatively cheap hairdresser, but the masters there are excellent and they cut their hair with soul. The team there is large, there were no queues. Recommend.
