We bought a pencil case in this store. There was not enough shelf in the pencil case (incomplete set), the seller assured us that they would order the shelf for us and within 4 weeks we can pick it up ... 4 months have passed !!!!! There is still no shelf !!!! Of course, I understand that we ourselves are to blame, we shouldn't have taken our word for it. Don't repeat our mistakes, don't trust the sellers of this store

An order at 100% payment expected 2.5 months, despite the fact that the goods were supposedly in stock at the time of ordering and payment. With paid delivery, not the company adjusts to the client, but the client; making you wait for more time. The contract number does not know the delivery date, only the payment status. Managers do not want to communicate, but only respond. In general, good quality goods, one of the advantages.
