Every time you ask something, they start taking pictures, somehow took a picture SMS came home "You have a loan issued" ... I didn’t go for a long time until the deadline. The service is disgusting, there is Madame (I don’t know the name) who will not leave without attention, she came with her husband to pick up the parcels, shouted, disperse, move away from the ticket office, I walked a couple of meters, then the girl shouts again, go to the end of the hall. It’s generally how to understand for whom the markup is (and notice, please came with my husband) if so afraid it would be better if she left for the hospital. Terrible service. In the queue at 2 cashier for a registered letter there were 4 in turn and stood for 40 minutes. By contacting the employee at the 1st checkout with a question. Can I get a letter in this window. The employee looked at me and turned away. Without answering. This is not only not respect for customers. But also not professionalism. During the service, employees are distracted by discussing personal problems and topics not related to the client's question at the same time, not work-related issues. Employees not only do not know the rules of customer service. But also the rules of safety and security of valuables. They throw open ticket counters and go out into the street to serve disabled clients.
