My story began on October 28, 2020, when I was admitted to the 1st city hospital in the city of Novorossiysk, after an accident, with a displaced ankle fracture, a displaced collarbone fracture, fractures of 4 5 6 7 ribs, as well as right-sided pneumothorax, which led to complications. At first, I got to the surgical department with pneumothorax, the pain immediately started to enrage and irritate. I thought that they were taking pain relief with a delay, they put on little food, and the doctors treated me badly, but in fact, these were my whims and stupidity. In the surgical department I underwent an operation under local anesthesia and removed the air from the body cavity. I am also grateful to the surgeon, but I did not remember his name. I also express my HUGE THANKS to the medical staff of the surgical department for their conscientious and human attitude towards patients! However, the most interesting thing started further, when I was transferred to the trauma department, it seemed to me that the world was against me in general! I was capricious about every occasion, then I did not have enough painkillers, then I did not have enough food, then it seemed that they were not treated at all. I sincerely ask all staff for forgiveness! I wrote a negative review for the entire team of the trauma department, I am very sorry about that now! In this regard, I ask the chief physician of the first city hospital in the city of Novorossiysk, Korkhmazov Valery Tamazovich, not to punish the medical staff and not to take incentive bonuses, but rather reward the medical personnel with a cash bonus from the traumatology and surgical departments of the city of Novorossiysk, they kept us returning to normal life all the time! With all my heart, I thank all the staff of the trauma and surgical departments, the first city hospital in the city of Novorossiysk !!! The strange hospital is worse than it was ten years ago.
