A complete mess !! Children with a runny nose, cough, sick and healthy, stand in a heap near the outpatient clinic, waiting for a miracle "when the doctor will see them! The reception is very slow and the queue hardly moves. You can stand from 9-13.00 and you will be refused admission - because the working day is over !!
