In 2016, a criminal case was opened against me in the Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Gelendzhik under Part 1 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for intentionally causing grievous bodily harm. For the protection of my rights in a criminal case, I turned to the lawyers of NPO KA "Mityaev and Partners" AICK Mityaev Dmitry Vyacheslavovich and Mityaev Vyacheslav Yuryevich. Lawyers, having studied the materials of the criminal case, correctly and clearly defined the line and tactics of defense. The employees of the preliminary investigation made repeated attempts to “close” me, artificially created conflict situations in which they tried to provoke me to violations. However, all attempts were thwarted by my defenders. As a result of the criminal case, the court imposed a sentence that was not related to imprisonment, which is not often the case in such situations. Mityaev refused to conduct a forensic examination without agreeing it is with me. As a result, the court lost, because no evidence. He doesn’t explain why he did this. In addition, it is not punctual, it can promise to disappear for two weeks.
