At first, the sensations are cool, if the impulses are strong - it's unpleasant, but the coach regulates everything, adjusted it to me, and then the whole training went on in comfortable conditions. The studio is compact, but nevertheless, everything is there - a dressing room, shower, toilet. Everything is clean, civilized, comfortable. I didn't strain myself for 30 minutes, but I sweated. The next day I felt the result - pleasant muscle fatigue, which I wanted to disperse - such a feeling as after a full 2-hour workout in the gym. Effectively, I recommend Easy Fit EMS training studio.

I saw an advertisement for the EMS training studio Easy Fit on Instagram and decided to give it a try. It was unusual because you didn't need to take any uniform with you. The body suit is moistened with water, then the main suit is put on with electrodes that contract the muscles. The individual changing room has everything: disposable slippers, hygiene products, hairdryer, towels, etc. Everything is clean and tidy, which is important. Individual training is great and the result is great. The staff is friendly, the trainer Nastya is just super, explains everything, corrects everything.

Recently I was in the Easy Fit EMS training studio for a trial workout, I really liked it! It was a bit weird to practice in a suit with wires 😂😂😊 but everything was just fine. Saving time - that's for sure! In 30 minutes as in the hall 1.5 hours!
