We were in the evening, around 19:00, the impression was that one person was working, there was a queue at the checkout, a queue to receive. The guy at the checkout, he also took orders, he also packed, he also gave out. There was a mess on the tables, until they began to swear, neither the queue moved, nor the tables were cleaned. We made an order for 1,500 rubles, but they didn't even put in wet wipes (this is not the first time)! As far as I know, the KFC motto is always fresh, we paid a lot of money, but they gave us 20 heated sharp wings, apparently they cooked them during the day, and in the evening they just warmed them up, they were a little warm. Yes, and I know when the wings are fresh, just cooked, I take it all the time! The toilet is a mess, there is a mess near the sinks. Honestly, I don't want to return to such an institution anymore, but unfortunately, it is the only one in two districts, and my children love to go to KFC, and we come here from another district, we come often, but after the last trip, we think it's worth whether!

Большие очереди, долго ждать заказ. Нам в заказ с собой не доложили один бургер, дети обнаружили это уже дома. Дополняю свой отзыв, в надежде, что это сможет как-то улучшить ситуацию. Пожалуй, это самый худший KFC, в котором я была. С каждым разом всё хуже. Про огромные очереди я уже упоминала, с этим всё по-прежнему. Пустой экран заказов (всегда!), никогда не знаешь какой в очереди твой заказ. В туалетах нет салфеток для рук, и прочих бумажных туалетных принадлежностей, и грязно. Про санитайзерыдля рук - тоже отсутствуют.
