I came in for dyeing with natural hair color, asked to make an ombre, even showed it as an example, but apparently the master didn’t I realized and instead of leaving me the roots of my dark color and starting to lighten around my ear, she just started to dye from the roots, leaving a maximum of 1-2 cm! the hair became dry, the color is yellowish-red! then I was offered to tint, so that at least then knock uh in yellowness! comb your hair without the balm is simply not possible! I am very disappointed!

The service is excellent, but there is no parking for customers, you have to look for where to put the car, but this is not always near and the weather is not always good, which spoils the overall impression of the spa.
