The grass on the field is dry, the field is not even, hillocky. Seats in the stands never washed. There is no toilet. Parking for transport is small. The only plus is the location. In the city center, on the waterfront. Nearby is the central beach, water park, amusement park. Many outlets and catering establishments.

The hotel is old, "welcome to Ussr". Although the guys did everything they could to receive the collections, the bed linen was new. The rooms were cleaned. But the premises themselves ... (( The coverage in the stadium is crying. Feed sparingly. If you ask to add eggs for breakfast (and we need protein, but we don't see it for a week - we eat porridge and bread with one sausage)), then the cottage cheese casserole disappears from the menu.)) The best quality here is the Spartak gym. There are a lot of simulators, the functionality of choice is at a height, all the devices are lubricated, working, a pleasure. Changing rooms, lockers, water, music, very clean. Creative in the design of the door - the guys write thoughts and ideas with chalk on the blackboard, optimize the process for those who come and just delight them with hospitality and goodwill)

Stadium of the Soviet era. All simulators and equipment are morally obsolete. Given the attitude of staff and security, it is better to visit the neighboring gyms, and run by the sea.
