Food is good and the staff is very authentically dressed. The music in the speakers is unnecessarily loud and the speed of the service is slow although the place was quite full.

Updated 03.12.20 Two years have passed since my last review, and alas, Dikanka has changed. 1. The traditional welcome compliment from the institution at the entrance (liqueur and snack) has disappeared, the virus and sanitary requirements are to blame for everything (but what prevents you from bringing this compliment along with lard in order to beat the requirements of supervision and please the client?). 2. The portions of food have become smaller and more expensive, but so far they are still delicious. The menu is simplified. 3. When booking a table for a birthday, it is now necessary to remind of this in the process of serving, because they forget to congratulate you on your birthday, it looks like you are asking for a piece of free pie from an institution on your holiday. 4. The majority of experienced waiters have gone, inexperienced young people who learn from you are hired to serve the birthday of a regular customer, which has an extremely bad effect on the festive atmosphere. Either the serving is cold, then I forgot to take out the dish, then the menu will take away without allowing you to choose, then my back is to you. 5. They screwed up the tradition of playing at the end of the meal, no wishes for you, jam and marshmallows, austerity on the client continues, starts at the entrance and does not let go until the very end. 6. In Dikanka they have forgotten how to adequately perceive criticism in their address. So what if the waiter forgot to congratulate, so what if your impression is spoiled, it's okay, quality control did not see any problems. 7. Dikanka ceased to value clients. Do you think there was a compliment for a spoiled birthday next time? No, nothing, as if there was nothing. 8. Cherry on the cake, today I was denied service at all! Can you imagine? ))) There was a strong impression that with the change of staff, problems with maintenance and management began in the institution. The same new hall administrator, whom I blamed for my wife's spoiled birthday, refused to serve me. Coincidence? I don’t think so. I am sure that in addition to the poor management of the process, the administrator's personal resentment was also added))). Dear management, do you remember that the customer is always right? Moreover, the client who does not require a kilogram of stones from the Moon from you, which is really difficult to do, but only requires the level of service to which he is accustomed, over several years, in your own establishment. How many lunches, how many dinners did you have, how many meetings with friends were held, how many comments were made and always, you were always worthy to visit you again and again, and advise you to friends and those who are for the first time in the city or in general passing ... I was not ashamed to recommend you. And what has become now ... Shame. A compliment for a bad birthday service is just your acknowledgment that yes, something went wrong, but the establishment appreciates me as a customer, and thus apologizes and wants to see me again. I shouldn't remind about it, there shouldn't be a fight with you for your confession and apology, it should be natural and easy. Convenience is made up of little things. Your style and atmosphere are also made up of different little things, important little things: compliments, pranks, a desire to please a client, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, a place where food is delicious, a place where you want to return. It is a pity that you began to lose these little things, this road will lead you to bankruptcy. Hope the Cossacks still sing on weekends. It's a pity, a pity that you deprived yourself of my money.
