We booked this hotel through Booking in November 2020. We received a notification from Booking that it was necessary to make an advance payment of the account details addressed to Abgaryan Petros Mosesovich, they made 1700. Once my husband phoned him, he said that he would look on Monday. After that, he does not take the bodies. Based on the previous review, I assume that it is a scammer. Caution!

The room was booked a few months ago through booking. There was no information about the changes. And today we with 3 small children waited at the building for more than an hour, did not find any of the staff, and then by chance it turned out that the hotel was not working !!!

We spent the night in the same room with the children. The children slept on the couch, it’s not possible to fall asleep a terrible creak. There is no kettle, no cooler. The towels looked neat, but the smell, as if they had not dried for a long time after washing and they were rotten. Blankets needed to be made up by ourselves. There were unpleasant impressions.

The terrible stench from the toilet, the lack of a buffet, as stated on the site, the boorish administrator constantly interrupted, with all the problems she suggested contacting the management. The hotel manager tried to pour water and his understanding of the buffet and no regrets. I recommend this institution to be considered in the last turn.

Excellent hotel, the owners did their best to make guests comfortable, everything is wonderful in the rooms! Only the cook did his best to spoil the opinion of the hotel, inhospitable, porridge cooked in the microwave, dry, not tasty, eggs boiled yesterday fresh, coffee is the cheapest and most disgusting, it would be better not to go for breakfast!
