Upon arrival, they said that our room was not ready and due to the fact that you did not make an advance payment (no one said that you need to make it), the reservation was canceled. We settled in until the evening in a 2-bed room. In the evening we settled in a 5-bed room, but instead of the promised beds, there were some sofas not intended for sleeping. When asked if we agreed on other conditions on the phone, the hostess said nothing. It was promised that there will be 2 parking spaces. Upon arrival, they said that there are no places and it is generally not profitable to give two places in one room. After mentioning this in the evening, the hostess began to scream. We decided to move out. They paid in cash, they did not want to return the money in cash, only by card. They did not want to pay for a long time, in the conclusion they transferred 500 rubles less with the words "for parking and cleaning 2 rooms." Later, booking sent a notification that we did not call. That is, the reservation was not canceled. The status was no show. I strongly advise against this, this is the first time I meet.

Wonderful hotel. We are not coming here for the first time. Love the proximity to the sea. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need: refrigerator, Conder, TV. On the territory there is a pool and a playground for children. Outside there are many dining rooms and cafes where you can have a delicious lunch at affordable prices. Nearby there is a bus stop, where you can easily reach the center of Anapa.

Very budget holiday is good. Little kamnatki. Well. Children's cry and squeal in the early morning. Steep, dangerous stairs. The owner with the staff, well, very fun and noisy walk at night. Pool without heating, small. There are pluses: the first line is the proximity of the sea, its own kitchen, friendly staff, hospitable owner.

Mini hotel is terrible. In a small area they managed to fit both a playground and a smoking room and a pool. Do not turn around. To get to the entrance you need to go through a narrow passage of a building under construction. The rooms are old, it smells damp. Dangerous stairs. The room did not have a kettle, that is, to drink tea, it was necessary to go down to the first floor, where there was a small kitchenette, then this tea needed to be brought along this very staircase to the room, where there was not even a table. Old beds, one under a thin mattress tree, the second hole in the legs. The hosts took a deposit in the amount of payment of the first night, then when we decided to move out they took us overnight. As a result, for 20 hours of stay, we paid 3800.

Very good territory: Green, there is a shadow (it saves in the heat), which is important - there are no cars in the territory. The rooms are comfortable.
