Guest House Odissey

Booked a room in the guest house "Odyssey" in June this year for September. They sent an advance payment and were assured that everything was fine, they were waiting for us (there is a conversation in the watsap). And suddenly, on the day of departure to the sea, we learn from the administration of the guest house that our reservation was lost !!! And they deny us accommodation. We offered to settle next to our neighbors, we agreed, believing that the housing was practically equal. In fact, it turned out to be a smelly little room where we had to live with two children for 5 days. We abandoned it, and thanks to the strange and disgusting attitude of the Odyssey staff towards us, we were forced to wander with two young children around the village in search of housing. How can this be explained? Apparently someone needed our reservation more? Shouldn't the person who later booked us a place have been refused?

How zealously the owner of the hotel refutes all the negative reviews !!! And I didn't have the courage to go to the phone when we repeatedly called to find out by what right our personal ones were thrown out !!! Forgot your shoes - expensive women's sandals and new children's sandals, called the next day, said that we would pick it up, call back in 2-3 weeks, and they tell me that they were supposedly thrown away !!! How so !!! According to all the rules, forgotten things should be kept for at least 1 month, for this a special journal should be kept, which of course they do not have! The administrator said that things are just thrown away and that's it, we weren't even warned about it! This is a complete mess !!! We lived there for only one day, but there is nothing to remember except the negative !!! Every negative review is true !!!! It all started with the fact that the water was turned off, everything came from the sea in the sand, and we had nothing to wash ourselves with !!!! Half meters from the children's pool there is a barbecue and tables where other vacationers smoke and drink right in front of the children, many are far from sober, it was simply not pleasant to be there. It is impossible to sleep at night, it feels like the partitions between the rooms are wooden. Holidays with children are a dubious pleasure here! Plus this shoe situation. In general, this hotel is strongly discouraged !!!! Closer to the sea there is much better for the same price !!!

Not thrilled. The pool is cold, they promised heating but did not wait. That the lady at the reception desk that the lady in the kitchen is forever not happy can not ask anything. Very noisy, you can hear absolutely everyone seems to have come to rest, and until 12 at night I am trying to put the child to screaming and music. This is a minus big for them. As for the living creatures, I was stunned when I saw cockroaches and large black bugs (obviously not a rhinoceros beetle) digging in the garbage. Nothing was stolen, as was written below, in principle, and as the broken beds were written, this also was not. Air conditioning, tv, wifi, shower all in good condition.

Great stay in the Odyssey. Beautiful and clean courtyard. Cozy rooms. Attentive and sociable owners. Great location of the house, close to the sea.

Cozy place, the room was clean and pleasant to stay. Helpful staff.
