This hotel is for Spartans and even if you stay in a suite. Wi-Fi does not work, there is nothing in the kitchen except for a micro-wave and a kettle. The rooms are dark in the evenings, there is very little light. There is no toilet paper and nobody cares about it. In general, something like this, I can not advise this place for rest, for work too. Here you can change a couple of days and that's it.

I like it. Was on a business trip, stayed at the Kavkaz hotel. The room is very comfortable, cozy, clean. Nice to find. The location is excellent, in the very center, all shops are within walking distance.

Unfortunately, some guests lack culture and respect for others. Screams and screams with obscenities from the very early morning.

We stayed in this hotel for two days. We stopped on Thursday evening, and left on Sunday. During this time, the room has not been cleaned once, only the garbage was taken out. There is no breakfast. When we left, they brought us a bathrobe and a towel, which we used and said that we spoiled things (by smearing them), accusing us of wiping something with a bathrobe and demanding to pay for things. To which we offered them to wash things and heard in response: -they do not wash out, pay for them. Then they told us that we would be blacklisted at the hotel. Like this attitude to customers.

Hotel for the middle class. Very suitable for travel due to the diversity of rooms. But at the same time it can be a very dangerous place for them so you can run into a police outfit because of the vigilant administrator Natalia, who, because of a simple trifle, can call the police and still live in a suite or room. For such suites that occupy guests in other hotels Kropotkin administrators will fight for a long time and here they are just doing their job. Sad. Administrators are not interested in their behavior of guests to stay for a longer period. I will not recommend this hotel to my staff.
