People, always ask upstairs !!! :-) Everything in our room was new, clean, comfortable. The hotel itself is positioned as a club / family hotel - and, indeed, there are few people, everyone knows each other, and at the same time they intersect very little (except perhaps during meals). Sergei Leonidovich is a caring owner of the hotel, always friendly, he meets halfway. The food (for my taste) is excellent, although you can add a little variety. I liked that the food is not greasy, not overcooked. In the dining room, they willingly go to a meeting (take into account individual wishes). I would just recommend adding yoghurts to your breakfast menu! It's hard without this. The sea is 7-10 minutes on foot (yes, a short road across the highway without a pedestrian crossing ... you have to be careful), the beach is rocky "wild", but due to this it is always not crowded there. No one will sit on your head)) There are almost no parties and entertainment nearby - for this in Lazarevskoye, 3 bus stops or 5 minutes of taxi (100-130 rubles). On the way to the sea, there is a wonderful tent with vegetables and fruits and a shop (prices are reasonable). The photos of the hotel are absolutely true, everything is so. Below I will write what OTHERS MAY not like (since the reviews are read precisely to find out all the "pitfalls"): 1. In the morning for breakfast, grain coffee - only for a fee. Only instant is included in the price free of charge. Coffee mana, get ready) 2. If you live in rooms overlooking not the forest, but "to the hotel" (especially under the letter "D"), then be prepared for the fact that from your window there will be only 1-1.5 meters to the neighboring balcony. Unfortunately, there is no view from this side. Someone may be critical.

Beautiful nature. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Spacious beach, full of space for everyone. Clean rooms. Tasty food.

The owner of the hotel is a friendly person, helped settle in and conducted a mini excursion. Breakfast is delicious, 7 minutes from the sea. Everything is very good.

The owner of the hotel Corsair is intrusive, rude and tactless. When we booked a room, we were sent photos of the room with a double bed and decent furniture. And in fact settled into an old room with posharpannymi wallpaper, with two shifted beds and old furniture. The room did not even have a closet As in the photo. Under the curtains there were five dead beetles, a cobweb on the TV, on the doors. There was also a door leading to the next room. The host imposed food stamps, ate for cash several times, first we were allowed to pay in cash, and then start again I want to impose coupons. Food is mediocre, I didn’t like it. And most importantly, after living for three days, we were tired of the obsession of the host Sergey Leonidovich, his rudeness and stupid jokes and decided to go. For a day they notified the host that we were leaving and asking for money back. Perturbation the owner knew no bounds, we listened to a bunch of nasty things about ourselves. We said that we would release the number at exactly 12 in order not to pay for the next day, but we were promised that the money would be returned from 13 to 14 and the number should not be released. But in the end who was not going to return them, we began to insist, saying and that they have already collected things and are leaving, only after that they brought us money. After recounting, we realized that we did not have enough 4000 thousand rubles a year to demand the rest of the money, but in response, rudeness, insult and humiliation fell in. This man stole 4000 thousand rubles from us . We go to the police to write a statement.
