I rested at the hotel from 17.07 to 24.07 2020 - I was satisfied with the service. The room is spacious enough, has everything you need (air conditioning, cabinet, wardrobe, TV, large double bed, refrigerator, ottoman). Bed linen and towels were two sets even though I was alone in a double room, everything was clean. The pools are clean, they worked all the time. Decent dining room in the hotel, clean, tidy, home-like. I would like to leave a few wishes for improving the service: 1. I would like the room to have some kind of minimum set of dishes - 2 glasses and a large plate for fruit, for example. 2. I would like to have such items as toothpicks, tea in individual packages (bags) in the dining room. I observed such moments when children “play” with the same toothpicks - they touch, scatter, then put them back. During a pandemic and not only it is very important. 3. I would like there to be no restrictions on the choice of dishes in the dining room for guests who come on vouchers and "on their own". Let the voucher be more expensive, but the guest will have a full choice. 4. I would like to see a wider assortment of coffee and milk for coffee ..) In general, the rest in the hotel is worth the money. Thanks to the staff and the owners of the hotel are very nice people. We wish you and your hotel prosperity.

Vacationing with children in July 2020. I liked everything very much, both for me and the children. The room is bright, clean, has everything you need. On the territory of the pool, both adults and children, there is also a swing for children. They were very satisfied, and my mother too))) The staff is nice, friendly. The dining room is very tasty and inexpensive. I advise everyone to the Isidor Hotel. 👍

Booked and paid for the hotel for a month. Upon arrival, we were told to wait until 14-00. Then they said that there was no number and would not be. I barely knocked the money back. I didn't think that in our time I would meet such a scam. At the reception and by the pool, there were several more such families with children who were denied a room already booked and paid for. It's good that I found free rooms in another hotel.

Excellent hotel. Spacious clean room - we have a 3-bed room. There is a large swimming pool on the territory - the water is clean and warm. We liked.

The guest house is not bad. Nice rooms. The service is not great.
