I've been using carsharingoi for 4 years and this is the first time I've seen such a divorce. But this is until normal car sharing appeared. Yurent car will simply disappear from the market.

This company also has a Urentbike rental service for electric scooters and bicycles, so you can’t tie your cards there at all, write off money by lawlessness. The service itself works very poorly, Electric scooters do not work through one, and this is only known when you start the rental and money is already written off, then there is the problem of completing the rental, and the money is dripping. He took the bike in May, it was about 11 pm, drove 900m and it started to rain, he decided to complete the rental, he parked the bicycle, it closed and the rental on the application continued. It’s impossible to get in touch with the support service, wrote letters, this bike was on my rental all night, and only in the morning the support service completed my rental, but more than 500 rubles were taken from me during the night, and no one returned them to me. Several times I wrote letters to the support service with a request to return the funds, but no one even answered my messages. I didn’t even think and remember about this desk, but today they tried to write off money from my card, FOR WHAT? I highly recommend not even downloading their applications and registering in them, and even more so tying their cards there.

Block the account without giving a reason. There are no violations and penalties, I use it throughout the year. They do not give explanations, I understand people who fall into controversial situations and write that the company completely ignores, just out of the blue just once and the account is blocked and we are not obliged to give you an explanation, it shows the whole level of service, BOTTOM !!!

I used the services during the year. Always treated company property responsibly. But. In its carelessness, she rented a car with a cigarette butt in the back seat. I was charged a fine for a damaged seat (6,000 rubles), a dry cleaning service (3,000 rubles) and a fine for smoking (3,000 rubles). Considering that I don’t smoke at all and the more so the fact of smoking has not been proved, as well as the fine for dry cleaning attributed on my side, it leaves a bad impression about the company. The company's management does not get in touch for the second week. Draw conclusions gentlemen. And be extremely careful when using the services of this company. Know that if you have a controversial situation, the company will put a big bolt on you. And go to ignore.

Thank you guys for their service, it is insanely convenient and economical to use since June, there have not been any problems of any kind, but the prog sometimes puffs it up I do not consider it a problem, they always react promptly to requests. Not once have they ignored it, today they fixed a typewriter in the rain and apparently clicked tariff "subscription" for 400r. although they wanted to choose a one-minute, completed the lease was written off 400r. Called on the hot line on the answering machine dictated the situation, within 30 minutes counted the trip on the minute rate and the difference was credited to the bonus account.
