I will not say about food, but when I come to Kostroma several times a year, every time I go here to drink beer and eat awesome toast. Great background music (old American rock).

A very nice place, by the way, my favorite pub. You can come, sit quietly and have a beer (by the way, delicious) and just relax :) I come back here periodically.
