In addition, the hotel stands on the waterfront in a dead end, there is no traffic hum. A good and varied breakfast in an excellent restaurant with panoramic views of the waterfront. The location of the hotel is at the very end of the promenade, in the part that can hardly be called a promenade. You need to walk to the center (if you walk along the embankment). There are almost no outlets in the room, to charge the phone, I had to turn off the bedside lamp. Lack of magnetic keys. Rooms are a little tired, time to get some refreshment. It was amusing how the maid came to a colleague in the morning, despite the door locked from the inside)

Very strange attitude of staff towards customers. We went in for lunch while walking along the embankment. We ordered tea to warm up. They brought us only the business lunch menu. We immediately said that we needed delicious tea. To bring the main menu, the waitress had to be persuaded. It turned out that teas are generally on the bar list. She didn't want to carry this menu either. And she doesn't know the choice of teas. Somehow they asked me to bring a map. It is not customary to smile and in general somehow portray joy to guests in a restaurant. The impression is like after a state clinic. The location, the interior is super and the food is good, but the experience was blurred by the staff.

Everything is super. The staff, service, room is excellent. I recommend to all.

A pleasant place in Kostroma with a view of the Volga at the end of the embankment, impassable. Everything is tasty - from soup to dessert. Prices are low or average for Moscow with excellent quality. And special thanks for the music - calm stylish jazz or modern classics.
