I don't understand why there are so many good reviews, apparently mine will be the first honest review about this absolutely inappropriate place for a comfortable stay. This weekend we visited "Bely Yar". To say that it was terrible is probably an understatement. Firstly, we informed in advance that we would arrive on Saturday at 5 a.m. (the house had been booked since Friday), because we had to go 8 hours to the place .... arrived, we were settled in an absolutely cold house! When asked to the night guard-administrator "why is the house cold?" , we were told with a smile on our face "I just turned it on, it will heat up in 15 minutes." The house warmed up only by the 2nd day. Secondly, we found that the kitchen does not drain the water in the sink .... so all day Saturday we had two workers in our house in DIRTY SHOES !!!!! (Disgusting). Thirdly, the toilet and sink are located in a micro-room, which does not warm up at all despite the presence of a battery. The shower is just a "watering can" from the wall in the bath area. Very uncomfortable, especially for women with long hair. Plus, if you take a shower there, then a sea of ​​water forms around. There is no stove, no oven, only a microwave (our pancakes have remained a dream). There are no normal knives there either! On the phone we were told that there is a cellular connection and Wi-Fi. There is no cellular connection at all. Wai wai catches only in the "restaurant" area (more like a canteen with a characteristic smell). In general, unable to bear it and expressing everything to the administration, we were offered to take a second house, and leave this one as a bathhouse. And so our surprise, that house turned out to be warm, with a good shower and no problems. So what was wrong with our house with the bathhouse, it becomes interesting ... since the other house was absolutely normal. On the phone we were also told that there is a ignition and other necessary things for the barbecue. In the end, half of this promised was also not there, take it with you. As a result, the weekend was completely ruined and in a bad mood we drove back to the 8 hour journey .... PS. Returning to the topic of dirty boots of workers, one of them, when he got out of the basement of our house, took a sponge with which we washed the dishes and washed his boots with it right in the house! To my indignation, he replied that he would throw out the sponge !!!!!!! He never threw out the sponge. As a result, there was nothing to wash the dishes, they left them dirty. Let that ill-mannered worker wash her. So I don’t recommend this tourist complex !!!!!! Spartan conditions!

A very interesting and beautiful place. There are no complaints about living conditions in cottages. Private three stars. Few outlets for charging gadgets. You need a bigger refrigerator. Delicious food in the restaurant. I would give a rating of four, but the garbage on the shores of the bay where we put the boat lowered the rating. Even if this territory does not belong to you, then order must be maintained there. Also, fishermen spend the night at the pier. On what terms I do not know, but the absence of a separate toilet on that territory raises questions. We need a stand with maps of the adjacent water area.

We are resting not for the first time! Very cool! We will definitely come again!
