She began to suggest supposedly postponing to other dates, but we do not need others, after all, we have already paid and accepted all the conditions for staying at the hotel + were ready to do tests for covid to enter the region. It is not clear why these work problems should concern guests. Yes, of course there may be some work, but close and do not book rooms for this time. Why would people spoil plans, holiday, mood? But no, we have not heard here that there is such a person as a guest who has already paid and a week before the new year it is simply impossible to find another option, because everything is sorted out. No additional options were offered. discounts for inconvenience, no lunch - nothing. Only after we began to resent the hotel's behavior in social networks, the hotel offered a 20% discount ..... The facade is beautiful, we haven't heard about the service here ( Communication via WhatsApp, payment on a card, individual entrepreneurs are generally left without the right to work in the hotel business. A strange and murky place. Why it exists is not clear.

Lovely hotel! Very impressed with the interior! It feels like I got into an old French mansion. Stayed at this hotel in June. I liked everything very much! Friendly staff, helped in organizing excursions. A restaurant with a stunning view of the Volga and the sunset! All in all, I recommend the hotel!

A great place to stay in Plyos. Nice, cozy, tasty. The location is great and the views are very picturesque. Friendly staff. Opportunity to have breakfast on the summer veranda, in cozy wicker chairs. I liked it very much.
