Church of the Nativity of John the Baptist (Nicholas Church) was built in 1797. The church had thrones: the Nativity of John the Baptist, Nicholas the Wonderworker, the Nativity of Christ. It belongs to the Kostroma and Galich diocese to the eighth deanery district (parishes of the Kadyi, Nei, Ostrovsky, Sudislavsky districts).

The church is in the process of restoration. However, services are already being conducted on holidays by the visiting priest; there is no minister in the church.
