Holy Trinity Church

In 1790 on the site of the old wooden temples in the village erected a brick church of the Trinity. By the last quarter of the 19th century, Soltanovo became a large village, the basis of which’s economic development, along with agriculture, were timber rafting, pottery and clothing, mostly Epance (a wide sleeveless coat). On the spacious square in front of the temple weekly bazaars were held, and at the Trinity - fairs. For visitors there were open several inns. In 1910 - 1911 Zemstvo school and hospital appeared in Soltanovo.
