Twenty days passed, the seller Alena said that they didn’t bring our sofa to the city at all and didn’t let it out, in connection with the New Year holidays, they said ahead, in connection with Black Friday, i.e. I’ll get my sofa on January 13th, and we ordered it on November 30th, well, I want to return the money, and the money will be returned within 10 days. Everyone was silent about this. Alena, for all my complaints she just smiled and said that she had nothing to do with it. I asked the director, said that the director is her. Not a single word - sorry. I am not inclined to swear, but this is the first time I saw such an attitude towards a buyer. I understand that they don’t give a damn about their clients. This girl saw and heard how I concluded a contract, to which she answered me, that I had to interrupt another seller, but I must, so that such situations did not arise. I don’t know what furniture, but they work disgustingly.

They accepted the claim for an exchange, but as a result they called from the service, they said that the consultants were to blame, they wrote out incorrectly, and you accepted. The consultant Gennady, who actually wrote it wrong, said that they won’t change the pouf, because ... That’s not it. Sell, said, on Avito and buy from us a new, correct one. That's the whole service. Awful, insulting. I don’t want to contact such a company anymore ...

Cheat !!!! A mattress for 15 thousand was offered with "natural latex" in the end, when asked for confirmation, they dug for a long time, did not give it. Began to twist: artificial latex! This does not exist in nature! Salon in terrible condition, dirt and dust. Sellers are rude. We went with my husband to Hoff and did not regret it

Awesome furniture store !!! The sofas break right away, sag, sleep and it's impossible to sit! They called them in the service, they left an application for a refund or a change of the couch, we are already waiting for 5 months not to answer no greetings, only they say "wait"! And do not be ashamed of you people to fail to sell !!!!! Yes, by the way, we are talking about the sofas "Madrid" and "Fiji". People, do not take from them nothing, then suffer to wait for replacement and money!
