Friendly and helpful maids. They answered the request - they gave me an iron. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Split, refrigerator, kettle, TV. Budget price: room with a bed and 2 folding sofas through Booking -1500r. for 3!

Close courtyard for parking. There is no reception. Poor rooms, probably 200 years old mattresses, nowhere to even have tea to drink, I'm not talking about an elementary breakfast.
