Nice hotel. Quiet, clean, not crowded. There is a transfer to the sea and back. And what else is needed for a vacationer ?!)

We stayed for three days in order to get acquainted with the central district of Sochi. Good value for money. In the morning they offer quite a decent breakfast for 200 rubles by reservation. The place is quiet. Relatively close to a bus stop from which it is convenient to get to the center of Sochi. Nearby is an abandoned sanatorium Ordzhonikidze, where they filmed scenes with Hottabych. Drive to the beach at Focus. On the day of departure, we were taken to the Matsesta station by train to the Rosa Khutor. True, after the rain, before turning to the station, a large puddle formed. I had the rest of the way to drag around with a suitcase. Of the minuses: the elevator does not work, luggage has to be lifted up the stairs. The problem with ventilation, the air is stagnant. Television is only on-air. Date of stay: August 2019

The hotel is great! Rested in 2017 14 days. We stopped at night, met posted without problems. Air conditioning smelled of mildew, reported at the reception on the same day service arrived, cleaned and everything is fine. View from the balcony of the sea, beauty. Spacious shower, lacked only shelves for soap and rylni in the shower. Breakfast is pretty monotonous, but hearty. Far from the beach, on the mountain. Walking up and down hard, steep slope. But travels from the hotel to the beach and back. Near shops and infrastructure in all directions. If you like walking in the mountains and beautiful views - I definitely recommend it!

In general, its 3 stars deserves. Minuses: 1) 200 meters from the road to the hill, so if you are "disabled" forget. To the sea, walk 500-600 meters, for the young it is a pleasant walk, but not for everyone. 2) Adjacent balcony with other rooms, this is extremely unpleasant. There are rooms without a balcony, just windows. 3) The price is comparable to the price of hotels of the category Gorki Plaza, and there the level is higher. 4) Poor lighting in the room. Pros: 1) Replacing towels in the room, making beds, taking out trash every day !! 2) Delicious breakfast, yes a bit monotonous, but what the cook does is very tasty! 3) You can ask say porridge on the water and you will make it! 4) The staff is responsive. 5) Convenient location, close to both the center of Sochi and other attractions, as well as the station and the airport. As a result, the ideal option for those who travel by car and want to make a rest for a night or two with breakfast!
