For several years I have been cooperating with this branch of the Russian Post and before that there were no complaints about the work of the telecom operators of this branch until I came across their fraud. The next time the parcel was sent, the operators told me that there were changes in sending parcels in Russia, and now my parcel should only be sent in the first class, which means the amount for sending increases quite significantly at times ... I had no other options for sending Our village is not nearby shopping mall and I had to agree to send the package in first class. After sending the parcel, I had doubts about new changes in the shipment and I called the Russian Post support service. I was told in the support service that there were no changes, and this is a gross violation of the work of your post office, and I have the right to make a complaint to them, which I did. I can’t understand these people working as operators there .... why go to deceive customers, do they really have no conscience.

The only minus of the institution is the line of visitors, who sometimes provoke both postal employees and each other to conflict.
