Very nice rooms, staff was friendly and excellent location.

Very unordinary interiors for Sochi, fresh environment, comrortable feeling, perfect location with an amazing garden in Japanese style :) Wonderful SPA center "SPA day" , specially professional masseur Ekaterina, recommend to try her massage!

Little disappointed with the staff!! They refuse to understand the immigration rules for foreign diplomats in Russia.. Location is nice though so is the breakfast

Nice hotel

The hotel itself looks and is located perfectly, but there are many small nuances that many will not pay attention to. First, there is no bottled water in the room, the very location in the room is not familiar and inconvenient since the window is only in the bathroom, the TV is blocked by 18% backlighting, the TV cannot be seen during the day. The mattress is not comfortable, but the worst thing is that there is some kind of film under the sheet, it rustles and it is constantly hot, and the film is rustling with the blanket. Judging by the sound, any water from the room pours out into the street outside the window into some aqueducts. Well, in general, you can live.
