All evening no one came to the table, the table was in dirty dishes, MOUNTAINS OF DRAWING WARE, and again, they were removed only when asked, but mountains of napkins were left. The guy with the Soviet tray removed the dishes from the canteens, for a long time he looked for a place WHERE TO DELIVER A TRAY ON THE TABLE (!!!) they took along with the appliances, they did not bring any new ones. We ordered drinks additionally, wore them for 20 minutes, this is at best, they forgot about orders, I had to remind them. The staff seems to be dying, doing everything very slowly. It seems that all the staff gathered from the street for one evening. When guests danced, the staff took pictures on phones, two girls, what is happening in the hall. The music in the middle of the song was constantly interrupted and another was included. The dirtiest is dirt, everywhere and everywhere. Especially in the toilet. "Potapych" is a place where you do not want to return. It was one of the nastiest places to visit. The kitchen is about nothing, the most ordinary, we can’t fully appreciate, we practically didn’t eat anything. Previously had to deal with this desk. I had friends, for a long time, in Volgorechensk. Potapych was 5 minutes from the place, across the road where we were, made an order and accepted it. After 1 hour and 20 minutes they called to clarify where our order was lost, they said that there were many orders and they would not fulfill our order. Are you generally normal? Tell me, please, do they always work like this or are they “lucky” only to us?

The food is more or less tasty, the quality of the rolls leaves much to be desired, apparently they do not have those employees ... Since the toilet is dirty, not flushed ...
