We were on an ultrasound scan with a child. Registration for the morning. We got to the appointment only after 20 minutes. The doctor was late. The administrator is not at all a polite girl. When asked why the doctor was delaying instead of an apology and an intelligible answer, she began to shout back. The impression of the clinic remained bad.
