Hello. I want to share not the best impression of purchasing furniture from this company. We ordered the Atlanta sofa on 10/07/2020 by installments. The consultant said that the wait would be 3 weeks or more. Let's admit. We had been waiting for the sofa for 1.5 months (it was brought on 11/17/2020) and then a "surprise" awaited us .... We were not brought the accessories for the sofa. To which I immediately turned to the consultant who sold the sofa to us. She made a request for the fittings to be delivered to us and said that the wait would be 20 days !!!! Are we waiting too much ???? We are fulfilling our duties and have already started paying for the sofa, which is disassembled in the apartment !!! And the company, in turn, treats its customers in bad faith and does not fulfill its obligations !!! If you have a lot of time and can wait at least six months, then you can try to purchase furniture from this company. But we don't have a car. And winter is on the nose ...

Well, finally, after 2 months, I was brought a sofa! (scratched, but I do not care anymore, I just wanted to get rid of the phrase "multimodern" in my life) Delivery terrible, courier service THREE without warning postponed the day of delivery! I found out about this when I personally called the salon. Sellers in the cabin, as I understand it, just to sell, they do not care whether the sofa comes in or not. I, among other things, were also brought in 5 cm more than I needed! And read carefully the contract, no one owes you anything on it !! You will not prove anything by the delivery, nor by the terms, nor by the size! In general, if you have a lot of free time and healthy nerves, then you to these gentlemen!

The store employees are just great. The guys work clearly and know their job. But here with the delivery service trouble. Not observed agreement, money divorce, rudeness. As a result, they broke my order into two. I ordered 5 items. 4 came, one closet can not deliver. For we agree on one time, for some reason, the carriers transfer it. On Saturday, no one wants to deliver at all. But I was notified that there is a delivery on Saturday. As a result, 3 weeks we can’t agree and bring my closet. He promised the guys (department employees) to come again to them for the following positions, but due to delivery I will probably choose another organization.

Disgusting quality. I bought two sofas, both broke down after a year. Under the guarantee, they refused to make the last sofa. I waited a year to get it done, but everybody scored it. They refused to return the money. Then through the court only returned the money!
