Normal court. Clean, tidy. In the morning there are few people. Two buildings, I was in the 7th. They are allowed only 5-10 minutes before the meeting. Mask and gloves are required. You are waiting for the court session in the hall on the right floor. Helpers come out and invite. Otherwise, everything is as usual.

The court is located in a building built in the late 18th century and is an object of cultural heritage. Before the revolution, provincial government offices were located here for more than 100 years. The inside is very crowded: narrow corridors, steep stairs. A lot of judges and assistants bred and they no longer fit in one building. Therefore, at present the court has settled in additional buildings: building 7 and building 4.

On the 3rd floor it is stuffy in both winter and summer. Unlike many courts, they not only require a passport, but also a ruling on the appointment of a meeting with a date and time. If this is not the case, you need to call the secretary / assistant judge, introduce yourself to them and ask them to let the bailiff know. Only after this the bailiff will allow to pass. I’ll be silent about the principles of publicity in court proceedings. The wardrobe at the time of writing the review did NOT work - a uniform mess. And even when it works - at a later time (after 15.00) clothes are no longer accepted. Judges sometimes smoked in toilets :-)
