The memorial was erected on the site of the fraternal burial of Soviet soldiers who died in Osa hospitals. The memorial plaques bear the names of the Osins who died during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. In the center of the memorial there is a monument "Children of War". Next to the memorial there is also a monument "Tank IS-2".
