I visit this store regularly. I was shocked when a saleswoman named Rania cheated on a child that my mother sent to shop. This saleswoman absolutely should not work in sales. The mother of this child came later to sort it out, so this girl, not only apologizing, even rude to her. How is this possible? Where do HR-responsible employees look?
