I bought this "wonderful" chair with the furniture on September 1, 2020. Today is 7.11. It lasted a little over 2 months, it just fell apart, the iron bar connecting the back with the seat burst. I am looking forward to what will happen with the furniture in the near future. The feeling that the products are made from toilet paper. In general, I came to the store (kindly), asked if you have any details? I say, I don't need to change the chair completely, just give me the part (the bar, the one that broke). They sent me to their furniture "partners", traveled half the city, burned benz, nothing in the end. I am going back, I say what we will do, because the chair is only 2 months old, to which I received the answer: "We cannot help at all." Think repeatedly before buying anything here, furniture is of extremely low quality, and in case of warranty issues, they absolutely do not go into contact. P.S. I weigh 75 kg - the standard weight of an average man.

We bought a wardrobe, the delivery was carried out only after three days, while they forgot to put mirrors in the kit. Two days later, the assembler arrived - he assembled the cabinet. Two days later, the mirrors were brought in. Three more mirrors were "installed" by the same collector. One of the mirrors fell and shattered at night, the second also collapsed. Now, when he calls the collector, he says that this is not his problem, and in the store they do not pick up the phone from us. Don't mess with these irresponsible people. And if at the moment the mirror fell, there was a child nearby? ..
