They sent me to the clinic for the removal of a heavy tooth to a dentist-surgeon, I need to take a number, they don't give them a phone number from other cities, it's not realistic to take it on public services. The road is not close, I am disillusioned.

On public services it is not possible to get a thallone. The only plus is only to the Pay Division (of course for such money). All the rest are some kind of hardworking, you can not do that.
