Very nice small hotel with friendly staff. Nice and suitable rooms and good restaurant.

Nice hotel in a remote area of the word, the Nenets Autonomous Okrug. Staff is friendly but most don’t speak English.

Horror, just horror .. I'll start with the fact that we lived for 14 days (observation before arrival on watch). So to begin: the hotel staff are not doing their job. Here's an example: after 7 days of staying, the senior maid Zalesnaya OI came to the room, shoved an armful of clean bed linen and with the words "take off the old linen quickly" she left. She appeared 10 minutes later and I asked her a question: why should I take off, fill, etc., why the linen is damp .. She babbled something indistinct, and said on the linen that it was "cold". And she left, slamming the door. And imagine, she also lied to me. I wrote a memo to the director that I had scolded it in obscene language !!! And they say, refuses to clean my room. How do you like that ??! I recommend that the director test her on a polygraph and immediately dismiss her, the way she behaves like the director of this hotel, speaks arrogantly and rudely. And blatantly lying !!!! In general, I vacuumed the room myself! There was a vacuum cleaner in the hallway. So that's it! Reception and receptionists are a solid four. But the food is something ... In the first 2 days of stay, there was always a mandarin for breakfast, 1 pc. Then half a mandarin was brought in for a week, but peeled. I joked that whoever cleaned in the kitchen took a percentage for themselves. A couple of times there were generally several slices and a couple of apple slices, about 1 cm wide. Did they put them down for fun? On the 11th day there was a whole apple for breakfast - finally a holiday. Lunches are cold, from 14 days 3-4 times warm soup in total. Funny "vitmine" salad. Here's the recipe: apple straws, carrot straws and mayonnaise !!! Just super salad! The first 4 days they completely forgot about us, breakfast was brought at 10:00, and to have lunch, you had to call the reception and ask what happened with lunch. Well, somewhere at 15: 40 it was brought. The bread is always black, not even breakfast !!!! Day 3 only for breakfast was 1 slice of loaf, like this. In general, the hotel needs to be renamed "Polar Disappointment". And yes, the level is not a hotel, but a hostel!

It will be interesting for the guests of the city to try venison dishes, but for the residents of the city nothing special, the decor made of fiberboard looks extremely cheap and in general it is clear that the design of the room is made of what was lying around in the barn at the designer's skis, high fur boots, brodni and firewood

Expensive and repair and decoration about 15 years old. Poor gym. On the plus side, helpful staff and good food in the restaurant.
