A remarkably balanced permanent exhibition - quite a lot of exhibits are collected in a relatively small area of ​​the museum. The feeling of "heap-small" is not created, everything can be seen well, and in some interiors - even place yourself without prejudice to the surrounding beauty and grace and of course take a selfie.

The most visually entertaining museum in Syktyvkar. Only here you become a full-fledged participant in the exposition. Everything about the Komi life. There are not just clothes, spinning wheels, pots, but also a real hut inside the museum building.

Museum staff are the cutest people who love their work. They told us everything interestingly and showed. I was very pleased and found out about the peoples of the region.

The Museum of History is simply awful, is it really impossible to tell about the people who stood at the origins of the formation of the Komi Region, Pryadunov and everyone else, including Chernov, Chernyshov, Zhuravsky and many many other people, that this is the birthplace of the first oil in Russia, that there are cities like Ukhta , Pechora, Usinsk, Vorkuta, Inta and others. Very sorry. Really, there were no war veterans in the Komi about whose fates one can tell interestingly. Sadness.

We have learned a lot of new and interesting things about our Komi region, history and traditions. Visited this Komi hut! I advise everyone. And the historical relic "Ski Irkapa" - impressive! We thank the lovely caretakers of the museum - they are polite, pleasant and just a wealth of information!
