Very expensive for Kirov and so low point. Not interesting. Many attractions are around the circle.

The price is certainly overpriced, but the view is amazing.

On Saturday 3.10.20, we walked in the park near the circus and witnessed how the wheel went out and stopped. There were people in the booths, there was a line downstairs. We watched for about 7 minutes - nothing happened. The queue went to return tickets, what happened to the victims of the attraction, locked in the booths - I don't know, we left.
