Often you have to use the services of this pharmacy, because prices turn out to be lower in comparison with other large chain pharmacies. However, the staff is not customer-oriented; we had to face rudeness, indifference, and incompetence of specialists in a pharmacy on Krasnaya Glinka. The answer is always the same: "For questions, please contact the general number." No one ever returns from a common number after contact with feedback on the problem, although they always promise to sort it out and call back. There are no photos of the product on the site, which causes questions and errors when ordering. Be careful when ordering, we mistakenly bought care products for the bedridden patient, but it turned out to be impossible to exchange or return the product in its entire package. Apart from the fact that these are now our problems, we have not heard anything else. We believe that any employee in the service sector should always be attentive, friendly and ready to respond to an appeal so that the client does not have complaints even if there is a misunderstanding or a problem. In addition, the search through the site is incorrect, it is often impossible to find what you need, and often the availability in the pharmacy does not match the data in the search. The order is being formed, but it is impossible to receive it.

They explained this by saying that the number of the bill is in the list of fakes. But they don’t even have a device for checking notes on the identity of the detector. And it turns out that the service is denied simply not justified, and referred only to the serial number. I ask the management of this pharmacy to pay attention to this and still purchase a detector. You just lose a lot of customers. And after this service I didn’t have a sediment, which is simply no longer a desire to come to your pharmacy.

To be honest, I’m disappointed !!!
