Spent a rest in a bridal suite, spa, massage for two was an unreal experience at all

The first acquaintance with the hotel took place on 09/01/2018. My future wife and I settled in a room for the newlyweds, everything was at the highest level: service, the room itself, breakfast, spa area. We were delighted and happy to have chosen this hotel. Therefore, this year we had no doubt where to celebrate our first anniversary. This time the room was rented more modest: standard with a double bed. It all started with meeting Daria, who met us at the reception, and from the first second we felt rude notes in her communication with us. Daria gave the room key and we headed to him. There was a maid’s cart at the door of our room, the room was not tidied up. Daria apologized and gave us the key to the "exactly the same" room on the other floor. This number "struck" us with its decoration: several bulbs did not light, in the bathroom the bulb flickered with such frequency that it could cause an epilepsy attack. Also in the bathroom it smelled of musty, and there were traces of a flood on the ceiling. We reported this to Daria, who rolled her eyes unusually hard, didn’t check anything, and, after our request, gave us the key to the room we were trying to check in from the beginning. Fortunately, it was already tidied up! Basically, the negative emotions from visiting the hotel are associated with communication with Daria and the poor condition of the rooms. In the room, where in the end we found our refuge, the mirror did not work, the air conditioner did not work for heating (outside temperature +6), half of the TV channels were absent (the subscription was not renewed), the lights flickered, but not as annoyingly as in previous issue. Breakfast and spa stayed at the same high level! As a result: it is unlikely that we will visit your hotel next year and certainly we will not advise anyone. Thanks for attention!

Liked everything. Purity. Service. Atmosphere. Great vacation! I’m afraid that it would not deteriorate over time .....

The hotel itself is normal, but the food there leaves much to be desired. A beautiful interior does not buy customer service and good food. They need to work on it.

Stylish, nice atmosphere .. but there is no kitchen, only spa
