I'll tell you briefly HARD GYM. The hall is not large, but comfortable, and this is a plus. There is a cooler with water, which is important, the shower is excellent. The trainer lucidly and patiently explains and shows the technique of exercises, the correctness of its implementation, using valuable knowledge and information about physiology and its processes. Clearly and competently doses the load. Supports and encourages during classes, while stimulating excellent motivation and emotional mood. I advise everyone !!!
